We ship all across India and take care to pack every order with attention. Estimated delivery timelines are also shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• During festive periods (such as Diwali, wedding season, or major sale events), delivery may take longer than usual due to high courier volumes — we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1999

• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1999 (shown at checkout as per actuals).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

Failed Deliveries

• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try once more. After that, the package may be returned to us.

• Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it promptly.
